We create value
through people.
We're not a media buying agency. We're two operators who spent over a decade scaling paid media inside high-growth companies, and learned firsthand what separates real growth from numbers that just look good on a dashboard.
That gap is why we built Incrementalist.

Growth isn't hacked.
It's built one step at a time.
We've already paid the expensive tuition.
So you don't have to.

I've spent over 12 years scaling paid media inside some of the most demanding growth environments in LATAM. I started at Despegar in Argentina, on the first team dedicated to scaling paid social seriously. It happened to be one of the most advanced performance marketing orgs in the region at the time: separate teams for every channel, data scientists and engineers, back in 2015. I thought that was normal. It wasn't. It became the standard I measure everything against.
Then I moved to Mexico to help scale DiDi, the ride-hailing app. We went from $100K to over $2M a month and broke past 50% market share against Uber. But the lesson that stuck wasn't how to scale. It was discovering that nearly a third of our annual budget wasn't generating a single incremental user. The platforms were taking credit for growth that was already happening.
“I don't believe in scaling for the sake of scaling. I believe in growth you can see in the P&L. That's the only place that tells the truth.”

I started my journey in marketing as a junior performance analyst in 2017. First day on the job, first question: "What is an audience?" That curiosity for understanding the numbers behind every campaign never went away.
I spent 5 years building the performance practice at a top-tier Latam Agency (BullMetrix) from the ground up, working alongside brands like Mercado Libre, Despegar, and Sodimac. Then I moved to DiDi, where I managed Google across LATAM and scaled to become the Global Lead for all ad ops and SEO across 14 countries. One thing became clear along the way: most ad spend doesn't show up in business results. I saw it firsthand. Millions invested with no causal link to growth. That realization changed everything. Incrementality stopped being a methodology and became a principle. The only thing brands should be paying for is a measurable, causal effect from advertising on their business growth.
“I've spent millions learning the difference between spend that builds a business and spend that just feeds the platforms. Incrementalist is that lesson, turned into a system.”
Core Principles & Values
Four rules. No exception.
We act on conviction, not consensus.
We test big ideas, not just safe ones. We measure tightly, chase aggressively, and treat failure as learning.
We never let perfect kill progress.
Momentum compounds faster than strategy. We launch, measure, refine and look inward first when something breaks.
We stay curious by default.
Knowledge grows when questions outnumber answers. Ad platforms and algorithms move faster than the playbooks.
Credibility is earned through outcomes.
Performance isn't about presence, it's about results. We hold ourselves to the same bar we hold your media to.
We make decisions from
the only place that doesn't lie.
We help brands already spending six figures a month make decisions from the only place that doesn't lie: contribution margin, profit, and real new-customer efficiency.
We've made the expensive mistakes already, inside companies that could afford them. Most brands can't. So we bring those lessons to you without the millions it took us to learn them.
Manifesto
Paid media system is broken. And everyone knows it.
Ad Platforms became attribution machines. Claiming credit for every touchpoint, rewarding you for spending more, not for growing more. Their only incentive is your next dollar in.
Acquisition teams operate in silos. Paid has no say in the funnel it feeds. Creative has no loop back from paid. Each owns its metric. Nobody owns the outcome.
Agencies charge for doing, not for thinking. No motivation to challenge. No discomfort. No pushback. Just execution, reports, and invoices.
The result: millions spent on advertising that no CFO can connect to a business outcome.
We believe in one principle.
Every dollar of ad spend should show up in the P&L.
Whether it's optimizing costs, increasing revenue, or acquiring new customers. If it doesn't move the business, it doesn't belong in the budget.
We don't scale spend because spend is available. We scale when the unit economics say we should.
We own paid growth end-to-end. Because paid media is the fastest way to discover what works and what doesn't. It generates volume, it tests hypotheses, it exposes funnel gaps, and it reveals whether a business is ready to scale or needs to fix something first. That's not media buying. That's growth consulting with real money on the line.
This is incrementalist.
